We ship free of charge everywhere in the United States of America. For an additional charge, we offer express delivery to certain locations in the US. International Shipping rates are available through requests- please contact us if you are interested in having your item internationally shipped.
Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days during the regular season. We typically use USPS Tracked Shipping. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee on orders in the United States of America to recieve your package sooner.
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. All items have a tracking number that we follow when necessary. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within a timely manner, we will offer a full refund for your purchase.
We currently do not offer returns on purchases. Once an item is purchased and the sale is finalized, no returns or refunds will be administered. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state or a customer has another concern, notify us immediately to discuss if you can be refunded the entire cost of the item.
All sales are final- one an item is purchased, shipped, and the sale is complete, no returns or refunds will be administered. If you are unhappy with your purchase or your item is damaged, please notify us immediately to discuss store credit and/or a refund on your purchase.
No, returns are not accepted for gifted items. We are, however, able to provide a full refund in store credit. Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular refund, and you’ll receive store credit for the product's current selling price. Note that gifts must be refunded within 28 days of the date on which they were purchased.
